What a great way to hone your Mindfulness Practice. Walking Meditation can help with stress, depression, and anxiety.
Believe it or not, the buzz and energy of a bustling place can enhance our focus and ability to get into that special state of mind important to wellbeing. Multi-sensory objects of attention guide us through the meditation journey. Whether you're still learning or wanting to create a stronger habit, we will focus on our breath, the movement of our body, the sights, the sounds, the beautiful scents in our environment.
Learn Multi-Sensory Walking Meditation. Each session offers a different sensory and philosophical focus. Attend any session as a stand-alone or the whole series.
