These in-person mindful walking sessions offer an active, multi-sensory approach to meditation. Held indoors during the winter months in Peterborough and Toronto.  Each small-group session combines guided walking, sensory awareness, and philosophical reflection — with optional coffee and conversation afterward.

What a great way to hone your Mindfulness Practice.  Walking Meditation can help with stress, depression, and anxiety.

Believe it or not, the buzz and energy of a busy place can enhance our focus and ability to get into that special state of mind so important to wellbeing. Multi-sensory objects of attention guide us through the meditation journey. Whether you're still learning or wanting to create a stronger habit, each session will focus on different sensory anchors such as breath, movement of our body, sights or sounds in the environment, the sense of space around us, or the feeling of being in the world.

  • Participants will be asked to complete a brief participation agreement before attending
  • Session ends with (optional) coffee and chat with other participants☕(coffee not covered by event fee)
