About Me
My interest in wellness has been a life long journey. I have a Master of Science with a background in Information Science, Psychology, Philosophy and Cognitive Science. I have been the facilitator of The Toronto Philosophy Club since 2012. I am a certified trainer in Crucial Conversations and I have a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
I gather philosophical, psychological, and cognitive scientific treasures. My emphasis is on the evidence-based and the practical. I look forward to exploring with you increased wellness, an increased sense of meaning, and a deeper connection with life.
